- Dotty’s – A neighborhood tavern with gaming, Dotty’s offers food and drinks, in a clean, well-lit atmosphere with a theme of a grandmother’s kitchen. GCGI has assisted in several locations in Southern Nevada from entitlements and permitting to the opening of the business.

- Lamb & LV – A manufacturing and office/warehouse complex located on north Las Vegas Boulevard with two buildings totaling 576,000 square feet on 33.9+ acres. The buildings are concrete tilt up with a flat roof.

- Ameristar/Reserve Hotel and Casino a 270,000 square foot hotel and casino with 224 hotel rooms on 30 acres in Henderson. GCGI involvement included annexation of parcels, entitling the hotel and casino, permitting through the opening of the project. GCGI then assisted with a 72,000 square foot expansion to the casino, restaurant and office space, public circulation, back of house and habitat attraction.
- Black – GCGI instrumental in gaining approval of uses to accompany the existing hotel and casino in Mesquite. Completed governmental relations working with the City and client to resolve development issues.
- Golden Gaming – GCGI worked to entitle and retitle several tavern with gaming locations.
- NRSI – A neighborhood tavern with gaming, Dotty’s offers food and drinks, in a clean, well-lit atmosphere with a theme of a grandmother’s kitchen. GCGI has assisted in several locations in Southern Nevada.
- Timbers – A neighborhood bar with gaming and award winning food, GCGI has assisted in opening up multiple locations around the Las Vegas Valley.
- Teli – Governmental Relations- A mixed use project that included a hotel with 1,000 rooms and a 180,000+ square foot casino, convenience store with gas, restaurants, retail shopping, professional office, entertainment, commercial recreation, taverns, and residential apartments and condos located in North Las Vegas.
- S4LLC – a boutique hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel is 23 stories, approximately 402,500 square feet of hotel and parking garages on .41 of an acre.
- Charleston Towers – A mixed use project in downtown Las Vegas on 2.05 acres that includes 18,000 square feet of ground floor office and retail space with 350 condominiums in two tower structures, one 14-story 170 foot high building, and the other 17-story 195 foot high building.
- Shurtleff Family Practice office building – A three story medical office building located on Water Street in Henderson.

- Serenity Apartments – a 260 unit, multi-family apartment complex on 11.21 acres located on an infill parcel in the City of North Las Vegas. The apartments are one, two, and three bedroom units. The amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog-park, playgrounds, fitness stations and paths, barbeques, covered picnic areas, benches and bicycle racks.
- Buena Vida Townhomes – a 120 unit townhome development on 11.05 acres located on an infill parcel in Henderson. The project includes almost 2 ½ acres of open space with amenities that includes a tot lot, swimming pool, gazebos, and barbeques and a dog run/park. Each unit has multiple balconies for residents to enjoy.

- Sommerset at Stephanie – a public charter school grades k-8, with a daycare located on 4.6+ acres in Henderson. Enrollment is approximately 975 and approximately 58 staff members.
- Pinecrest at Cactus – a public charter school grades k-8, with a daycare located on 4.5+ acres in Henderson. Enrollment is approximately 960 and approximately 55 staff members.
