Ala Gray joined G. C. Garcia, Inc. in December 2014 as an Associate Planner. Ala brings with her to G. C. Garcia, Inc. 3 years of experience in commercial and residential constructions, as well as interior and exterior architecture design. Prior to joining the firm Ala worked exclusively with a prominent architecture and engineering firm as an associate in the planning, development, and implementation of urban planning including residential and commercial properties in Belarus.
As an Associate Planner with G. C. Garcia, Inc. Ala acts as a liaison between governmental agencies, clients, and the firm in the development and implementation of projects from the initial stages through the building permit and code review process. Ala provides administrative support and services in a professional and fast-paced environment which demands strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Ala coordinates governmental and firm meetings to foster open communication and dialogue regarding the client’s project. Ala participates in neighborhood meetings to address upcoming projects within the community.
Ala is a graduate of the Belarusian Polytechnic University with a Bachelor degree in urban property and construction, as well as engineer house building. She is also Board certified as a lawyer specializing in custom law from Business Information Technology of Belarusian University. She has received a certificate in Integrated Business Office Information Technology from Pierce College.
